Terms of Service

PokeRipperSim is operated by PokeRipperSim ("we", "us"). By using PokeRipperSim you are entering into an agreement with PokeRipperSim. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

PokeRipperSim is a free pack-opening simulator for entertainment. All in-game packs, cards, money, and balances are virtual: they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or goods. No physical or digital trading cards are won, sold, or shipped.

The only real-money purchase is an optional one-time "Support creator" tip. Tips are voluntary contributions and do not grant any in-game money, cards, or other benefits.

You may play as a guest or create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be of legal age to make a purchase or have a parent's permission. Usernames must be appropriate.

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security — such as uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or automated play. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

PokeRipperSim owns the PokeRipperSim service, its software, design, and branding. Pokémon names, card artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; PokeRipperSim is an unofficial fan project not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company. Card data and prices come from third-party sources for reference only and are not financial advice.

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect damages such as lost progress, except where the law doesn't allow such limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When an account ends, its synced progress may be deleted.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use PokeRipperSim after changes means you accept them.
